Before joining Cetane, Danny was Vice President of M&A at PestCo and Director of Western Region M&A at Anticimex, where he completed more than 20 transactions between the two, and elevated PestCo to a PCT Top 20 firm. Previously, he managed valuation services at RSM, focusing on private equity-backed enterprises and complex capital structures.
